I'm seeing the same problem with any monster that drops gold (Fire Worm, Sea Crab...) since the game auto-saves after end of combat hitting Quickload is a pretty efficient help to the problem since the gold "appears" on ground after reloading, but it's clearly not working as intended.

In crypt lvl3 after releasing the mage I had to save and load the game to cross the bridge. I found out that I should have found an item to fix it, but nothing was found in the place where it was supposed to be.

As I said, save and load fixed, so I guess some data of player's progress is not saved correctly.

Another problem: when I use elevator in crypt lvl3 and I switch control to player who is in the elevator, the screen turns black. If I change characters it remains black. To solve it, you have to move.
