The battery died during play and now the game won't start again. After the startscreen it freezes on an almost completely black screen with the fast forward buttons in the lower right corner.

I tried rebooting my smatrphone, deactivating and reactiving of the app. I refrained from uninstalling because I wanted to keep my save-games.

Kind regards

Would you be so kind to try clear cache? It is basically same approach described here:

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately it did not work. I deleted the cache several times, stopped and additionally deactivated the app and rebooted the phone without success.

I guess I have to backup my save-files and reinstall the game.

Backing up my save-files and restoring them with a newly installed game didn't work. I feared it wouldn't be so easy. So I reinstalled the game and started again from scratch. Fortunately this is a great game and the second time around I was much faster.
Before I started my second game I recreated my crash caused by empty battery and again the game couldn't be started at all.

So my advice: Keep an eye on your battery while playing ;) I learned it the hard way.

Thank you.

We would like very much to solve the issue, however, when it doesn't restore after crash... simply we do not know how (and how it happen). Hopefully it is just a rare thing.
